SORELIA Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • With your proof of purchase or order number

How to start a return:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you about your refund.

Important notes:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions:

  • For hygiene and custom reasons, certain items (such as final sale items, underwear, or personalized goods) cannot be returned.
